For this recipe, I used the same batter as for the Simple Bundt Cake.
To make it an apricot cake, I've added 500g of diced (or sliced) apricots, just before scooping it into moulds.
The quantity indicated was bigger than the heart shape moulds I had so I made in addition, a mini bundt, and 3 more tartlets with the same batter.
The result was beautiful and motivated me to invest the time, photograph them and share them with you.
