Ingredients:
- 250g yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond essence
- 1 teaspoon baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)
- a pinch of salt
- 350g all purpose flour
- 100g melted chocolate
Directions:
- Using a standing mixer, mix the yogurt with oil and sugar until it becomes creamy.
- Add essence, baking soda, salt and mix.
- Add the flour slowly and mix until you obtain a dough.
- Stretch the dough on a floured board using a rolling pin. (4-5mm thick).
- Cut the dough using biscuits cutters.
- Lay the biscuits on a silicon sheet on the bottom of a tray.
- Bake them in the preheated oven at 200ÂșC for 20 minutes.
- Let them cool on a rack.
- Deep the biscuits by half in melted chocolate and put them back on the silicone sheet for the chocolate to cool.
