Ingredients:
- 1 kg sour cherries (pits removed)
- 2 tablespoons of sugar (or maple syrup or agave nectar). This ingredient is totally optional.
Directions:
- Blend the sour cherries. If you prefer a very smooth texture you can filter the blended juice.
- Add sugar and continue to blend for 1 minute.
- Pour the juice in popsicle cases and freeze them for at least 4 hours.
