For this tart you do not need salt if the bacon is salty. If it is not, just add some at your taste. Let's see it.
Ingredients:
- 400g shortcrust pastry
- 400g cooked bacon
- 150g gouda cheese (grated)
- 1 broccoli head
- 100g emmental cheese (grated)
- 4 eggs
- 250g sourcream
- pepper
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
- Stretch the shortcrust pastry and lay it on the bottom of a tart pan.
- Add the cooked bacon.
- Add the grated cheese.
- Add the broccoli.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the sour cream, nutmeg and pepper.
- Pour over the the broccoli in the tart pan.
- Sprinkle the grated emmental cheese over.
- Bake for 1 hour at 220ÂșC
