Has a composition of a quiche or savoury tart, but because it is baked without a crust and in a bread form, it looks like a bread. Interesting and tasty in the same time ;)
Ingredients:
- 1kg zucchini
- 600g carrots
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 hands of fresh parsley
- 8 eggs
- 2 onions
- 300g sourcream
- 6 tablespoons semolina
- 250g gruyere cheese
- a bit of butter
- nutmeg
- pepper
- salt
Directions:
- Grate zucchini, carrots and cheese.
- Dice the bell peppers and onions.
- In a pan, heat a bit of butter and cook the peppers and onions for 15 minutes or until their juice is evaporated.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, add the sourcream, semolina, nutmeg, pepper and salt and mix everything well.
- Combine all vegetables and lay them in bread pans that were initially buttered to avoid sticking.
- Pour the egg composition over and mix a bit with a spoon to evenly distribute between vegetables.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 220ÂșC for 1h or until it is browned on the top
