Strawberry coconut ice cream



To increase the variation of fruity sorbets you can add a magic ingredient that will make your ice cream smoother and creamy. This ingredient is  coconut milk. Just try it and you'll see the difference!

Ingredients:

  • 450g strawberries
  • 400g coconut milk
  • 5 pitted dates (optional, to add more sweetness)
  • 1 banana

Directions:
  1. Blend everything together.
  2. Pour the composition in popsicle cases.
  3. Freeze them for at least 4 hours.
Now, they are ready to be served. After taking them out of the freezer, wait for 5 minutes to be able to remove them from their cases. If you want to speed up the process, pour some warm water over the cases.
