Ingredients: (for 12)
- 100g butter (melted)
- 85g black chocolate (cut is small pieces)
- 100g almond powder
- 75g maple syrup
- 50g all purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 200g frozen berry fruits
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients except the frozen berries with a standing mixer.
- Add the berries in the end and mix again for 2 more minutes.
- Pour the composition in cupcakes paper cases.
- Bake them in the preheated oven for 45 minutes at 200ºC.
