Ingredients:
- 200g all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 30g cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 egs
- 300ml milk
- 100g butter (melted)
- a pinch of salt
Directions:
- Mix the eggs with butter and milk.
- Add slowly the flour, vanilla sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt and mix well.
- Let the composition rest for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the waffle maker.
- Pour one big scoop in the waffle maker to cover the shape.
- Close the waffle maker and let it bake for 4-5 minutes.
