Ingredients:
- 250g all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 150g butter (melted)
- 100g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 6 bananas
- ~ 20 half squares of chocolates (1 for each muffin)
Directions:
- Cut bananas in round slices of 0.5cm thick.
- Mix all ingredients with a mixer until well combined.
- Pour with an ice cream scoop the composition into paper or silicone cupcake cases.
- Hide a half square of chocolate in the middle of each muffin.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 200ºC for 30-45 minutes.
