Ice cream? YES, ice cream again! Avocado, lemons, chocolate and pistachios? How does this sound?
Simple, blend and freeze. Melt and coat. Then taste .... mmmmm....
Ingredients:
- 2.5 lemons
- 2 avocados
- 50g agave nectar (or other sweetener)
- 200ml water
- 100ml chocolate (melted)
- 100g pistachios (cut in pieces)
Directions:
- Squeeze lemons.
- Blend the lemon juice with avocados, water and agave nectar
- Pour in ice cream molds and freeze for at least 6 hours.
- Melt the chocolate in bain-marie.
- Take out the ice cream molds and put them under warm water to be removed easily.
- Take a spoon and drop lines of melted chocolate over the popsicles.
- Immediately, sprinkle pistachios over the chocolate.
