Ingredients (for 2 medium tarts):
- 400g shortcrust pastry
- 400g tuna fish
- 5 tomatoes (sliced)
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 250ml milk
- 4 eggs
- 250ml sour cream
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg powder
- salt
Directions:
- Stretch the dough to fit the pans and put it inside. I use non-stick pans so I do not bother to oil or to use baking paper.
- Layer the tuna fish over the pastry.
- Layer the tomatoes on top of the tuna.
- Beat the eggs, add the sour cream, the nutmeg, the milk, salt and mustard and mix well all together.
- Pour this composition over the tuna fish and tomatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 200ºC for 1h.
The recipe was inspired from Les meilleurs recettes Marmiton, page 47.
