To make this bread, add a cup of sesame seeds with the second stretch and fold in the 5th step of the original recipe. Keep some for decorating the bread on top.
I'll have to be honest and say that this one didn't have the same success as the basic bread and it turned out to be more dense and less raised but had some nice holes inside and the taste was dominated by the sesame seeds.
I chose to roast the seeds before in a pan (not as the original recipe is requiring in the oven) to increase the flavor of the sesame seeds.
Even if the bread was not so raised, the taste was incredible and it definitely worth to try it again.
