Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
- 125g sour cream
- 280g flour
- 100g butter (room temperature)
- 2 eggs
- 50g sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 100ml whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 100g Nutella (from the refrigerator)
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients except Nutella until well combined.
- Fill with the mixture only 2/3 the cupcakes pans.
- Use a melon knife to cut little nuts of Nutella. (it looks like an icecream scoop but is smaller). Any teaspoon will do the work as well.
- Push the chocolate nuts into the center of each muffins. That's why you need Nutella to be hard from the refrigerator.
- Take a spoon and cover completely the chocolate nut with composition from the sides.
- Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven at 180ºC.
