The resulting biscuits are amazing, they are simply melting into your mouth and the flavor of vanilla gives you the desire to want more and more.
Ingredients:
- 250g butter (room temperature)
- 500g all purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 100g vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Directions:
- With a sanding mixer, mix the eggs, sugar and butter.
- Add flour and mix everything well.
- Place the dough covered in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Stretch the dough to 0.5cm thick.
- Cut the biscuits using a snowman shape (or any shape you like).
- Lay the biscuits on 3 silicon sheets on different trays.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180ºC for 25 minutes.

Even if my daughter enjoyed a lot these biscuits she still face the temptation from the station ... you know how it is ... those ones from the machine have more shiny package .... so I am still working on this subject with my daughter to change her mind :D
