Ingredients:
- 200g grated emmental cheese
- 250g diced mushrooms
- 1 diced red bellpepper
- 3 eggs
- 180ml milk
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 400g pate brisee
Directions:
- Stretch the shortcrust on the bottom of the pan.
- In a bowl beat the eggs, add milk, nutmeg, pepper and salt.
- In another bowl mix the cheese, mushrooms and bellpepper. Add them in the tart pan.
- Pour the egg mixture over them.
- Decorate if you like and brush with (an extra) egg on top.
- Bake at 180ÂșC for an hour.
