Ingredients:
- 1kg cottage cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1 shortcrust pastry (~500g)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 200ml milk
- 3 tablespoons semolina
- 200g dried raisins
Directions:
- Stretch the shortcrust and lay it in the tart pan.
- Smesh the cheese with a fork.
- Add the dried raisins in the cheese and stir a little
- In another bowl beat the eggs, add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, lemon zest, milk and semolina.
- Mix the cheese into the egg mixture and pour it in the pan in the shortcrust.
- Bake it in the preheated oven for 45 min at 180ÂșC.
