It is so delicious and so easy to make .... and eat :)
Ingredients:
- short pastry crust (~400g). Find the recipe here.
- 500g salmon - cut in small pieces
- 1 broccoli (~300g) - cut in small pieces
- 4 eggs
- 220g sour cream
- 100ml milk
- salt
- pepper
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 50g grated cheese (emmental)
Directions:
- Roll the pastry and lay it in the tart pan. Sting it with a fork on the bottom.
- Lay the salmon and broccoli pieces in the pastry.
- Take a bowl and beat the eggs with cream, milk, salt, pepper and dill.
- Pour the mixture on top of the salmon and broccoli.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Preheat the oven at 180º and bake it for 1 hour.
