Ingredients:
- 1kg mushrooms (diced)
- 2 little onions (diced)
- 3-4 green parsley branches
- 80g butter
- 3l chicken soup(if not natural, then use water + 3 tablespoons chicken stock)
- 150g rice
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- salt
- pepper
- sour cream
- 4 tablespoons oil + 150g sliced mushrooms from the kilo mentioned above.
Directions:
- (optional) Keep 150g de mushrooms for garnishing and fry them in oil with salt and pepper.
- In a pot, brown the remaining mushrooms, onions and parsley in the butter.
- Put salt and pepper.
- Add the soup, rice and nutmeg.
- Wait to simmer, cover and let it boil for 30 min.
- Let it cool, pour and mix the soup in blender.
