Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 75g sugar
- 200ml milk
- 125ml olive oil
- 330g all-purpose flour
- 10g baking powder
- 2 tablespoon of cocoa powder
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients except cocoa with a standing mixer.
- Pour the 2/3 of the mixture into a pan. I have used a round silicone one.
- The remaining 1/3 of the mixture mix it with cocoa and pour it on top of the other.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180ÂșC for 45 minutes.
The flowers have been carefully picked by my sweet little daughter of 18 months from her mother's garden. As they were so beautiful I couldn't resist to include them in a photo.
