Ingredients:
- 400g all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 100g emmental cheese (grated)
- 7 teaspoons dried chives
- 100g butter (room temperature)
- 200ml milk
- 2 eggs
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer. Without a mixer, mix separately dried and wet ingredients and then combine them.
- Pour the mixture into the muffin trays (12 pieces needed) filled 3/4. The cheese will keep them from raising too much.
- Bake them in the oven ar 200ºC for 25-30min.
