Ingredients:
- 350g cherries from compote (well drained)
- 2 eggs
- 40g sugar
- 55g all purpose flour
- 170g sour cream
- 100ml milk
- 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon of cornflour
- 1 tablespoon rhum essence
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Directions:
- Beat the eggs with sugar, flour and cornflour.
- Add the lemon zest, milk, cream and rhum essence and stir well.
- Butter the skillet and sprinkle the 2 tablespoons of sugar.
- Pour the composition in the skillet and add the cherries.
- Put it in the preheated oven at 200ºC for 45 min.

Oh yum, this is almost too simple! I reckon I could do this for my next dinner party as an easy entree. :)
