Ingredients muffin:
- 250g all purpose flour
- 75g sugar
- 150g smashed almonds
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 110g soft butter
- 3 smashed bananas
Ingredients frosting:
- 250g mascarpone cheese
- 50g soft butter
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- yellow food coloring
Directions for muffins:
- Mix all ingredients using an electric mixer. If you do not have one, mix dried and wet ingredients separately then add the wet ones in the dried ones and mix.
- Preheat the oven at 180ºC.
- Pour the composition in muffin pans.
- Put them in the oven for 25 min.
Directions for frosting:
- Mix well all ingredients with an electric mixer.
