Ingredients:
- 3 turkey breasts
- 4eggs
- flour (as needed)
- salt
- pepper
- thyme
- 1l oil (for frying))
Directions:
- Cut the turkey breasts in fine slices and beat it to make it more flatten.
- Beat the eggs and add pepper, salt and thyme.
- Powder the meat slices with flour, bath them in the beaten eggs, and powder them again with flour. Repeat for all the meat slices.
- Heat well the oil and fry the schnitzels.
- When ready, take them out and lay them on paper towels to absorb the excess of oil.
