Ingredients:
- 2kg of potatoes
- rosemary / oregano / sage
- 8 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 bulb of garlic
Directions:
- Peel the potatoes and cut the big ones in half.
- Steam them for 15 minutes. They should be cooked only partially.
- Put half of the olive oil in a big pan.
- Sit potatoes in a single level. If they are too many, use an additional pan.
- Season with salt, pepper and add the remaining oil on top.
- Cook them for 30 min at 200ºC.
- Take the potatoes out and flavor them with rosemary / oregano / sage and garlic.
- Roast for another 30 minute at 200ºC.
