Ingredients:
- 120g of butter
- 100g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 250g flour
- 1/2 teaspoon dried yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
- 100g chocolate chips
- a pinch of salt
Directions:
- Use an electric mixer to mix first the butter with sugar.
- Add the egg, vanilla essence, salt, flour, bicarbonate and yeast and mix.
- In the end add the chocolate chips.
- Form little balls and flatten them a bit. Put them in then on a tray on a silicone sheet or baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven at 140ÂșC and put the trays inside for 25 min.
