Smoothie avocado - kiwi

This time of the year in normal to be cold, so we all 3 achieved the performance to get cold. What can we do about it? What about a smoothie with fruits full of vitamin C that fits well against the cold.
Ingredients:
  • 4 oranges
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 kiwi
  • 1 lemon
  • 1cm ginger
Preparation:
  1. Squeeze the oranges and the lemon.
  2. Take out the apple core and peel the apple.
  3. Cut the avocado in 2, remove the seed and use a spoon to take the pulp.
  4. Peel the kiwi. If they are too ripen and peeling doesn't work, then cut them in 2 and use a spoon to take out the juicy pulp.
  5. Peel the ginger.
  6. Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix.
Voila !

From all these ingredients you can count on 1l of liquid, which is about 4 glasses.
