Ingredients:
- 1 cup semolina
- 600ml milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Preparation:
- Heat the milk and wait until is almost simmering.
- Put the semolina and the sugar in the hot milk and stir continuously because is easily sticking on the bottom of the pot.
- Remove from heat and pour it quickly in shapes.
- Let it cool and serve it with caramel sauce or any jam.
