Ingredients for smashed potatoes:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 50g butter
- 100 milk
- salt
- 500g pork meat cut in thin slices (neck part)
- 3 tablespoons sunflower oil

- Peal the potatoes and cut them in slices.
- Steam them for 40 min.
- Transfer the steamed potatoes in an electric mixer and mix until all smashed.

- Add milk and salt.

- Let them take the flavor and salt for 1 our at room temperature.
- Heat the oil and fry them on both sides until they get a little brown.
