Ingredients:
- 375g linguine (or pasta)
- 2 onions (fine chopped)
- 1 bulb of garlic (smashed)
- 500g shrimps
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- juice from half of a lemon
- 2 tablespoons of parsley fine chopped
- 1 hot pepper (sliced)
- salt
- pepper
- heavy cream (optional)
- Boil the pasta as instructed on the package. Usually, you boil the water with salt, add the pasta and continue to boil them for 10-15min.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic, onions, hot pepper, salt and pepper..
- Add the shrimps and cook them for 10 min until they take their pink color.
- Add the lemon juice and the parsley, mix and remove from heat.
- Drain the pasta and add them in the pan with the shrimps. Still well.
- Serve them on a plate with 1-2 tablespoons of heavy cream.
