Ingredients:
- 150g wholemeal flour
- 75g ground muesli (without dried fruits)
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 100g softened butter
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients in a robot to mix them well. The result is a crumbly dough.
- Flatten dough and cut it with biscuit cutter
- Put the biscuits on silicon sheet on a tray (or use baking sheets) and let them in the oven for 15 min at 180°C.
Irina loved them. They have a crumble consistency and they are very tasty. For sure I'll do this recipe again.
