Ingredients :
- 500g of pasta
- 1 kg seafood
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 5-6 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons tomato juice or smashed tomatoes
- persil
- 250g mascarpone (or heavy cream)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 fish cube (Knor)
Preparation:
- Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water for 10 minutes (or as instructed on the package)
- Heat the oil in a big pan
- Add the smashed garlic and keep it for 5 minutes
- Wash and drain the seafood and add it in the pan
- Add the tomato juice in the pan
- Add the fish cube
- Add the mascarpone and stir well
- Let it cook for some minutes
- Add pasta in the sauce and stir again
