Seafood pasta

A quick recipe and very tasty, for 4-6 portions.


Ingredients :
  • 500g of pasta
  • 1 kg seafood
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons tomato juice or smashed tomatoes
  • persil
  • 250g mascarpone (or heavy cream)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 fish cube (Knor)

Preparation:
  1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water for 10 minutes (or as instructed on the package)
  2. Heat the oil in a big pan
  3. Add the smashed garlic and keep it for 5 minutes
  4. Wash and drain the seafood and add it in the pan
  5. Add the tomato juice in the pan
  6. Add the fish cube
  7. Add the mascarpone and stir well
  8. Let it cook for some minutes
  9. Add pasta in the sauce and stir again
