An option of biscuits without gluten, without sugar but sweet only from bananas.
Ingredients:
- 3 bananas
- 500g millet flour
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Preparation:
- Smash bananas with a fork until they look like a cream
- Add in steps the millet flour on the smashed bananas, add the oil and make a dough. The quantity of flour may be bigger or smaller depending on the bananas size. Keep some flour also for the stretch of the dough.
- Stretch the dough sprinkling with flour to not stick.
- Cut the biscuits with shapes and sit them in trays covered by silicone sheets or baking sheets.
- Put them in the oven for 15 min at 180ÂșC, after that take them out and let them cool.
