Athough I prefer the european food, I enjoy also diversity. So, let's go for a wok ... of chicken and with peanuts.
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast (cut in fine slices)
- 2 bell peppers (julien cut)
- 1 carrot (julien cut)
- 2 onions (cut in half circles)
- 100g salty chopped peanuts
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 3 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of soya sauce
- 2 cups of rice
- 1 tablespoons of chicken spices / chicken stock
- 1 cup of water
Preparation:
- Wash the rice and steam it for 40 min.
- Powder the chicken with curry.
- Heat the wok with the sesame oil and soya sauce.
- Add the chicken and let it brown a little, then stir with a wooden spoon.
- When the chicken is cooked, add the pepper, onion and carrot and let them cook for few minutes.
- Make a soup from the chicken stock and the cup of water and pour it in the wok.
- Let it cook a little, add the peanuts and put it aside from the heat.
The taste is indeed remarkable.
