Ingredients:
- pastry crust (~400g)
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 300g black chocolate
- 100g butter
- 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
- Bake the pastry crust alone in the oven and let it cool. Use pie weights or dried beans for the crust. (15 min, 180ºC)
- Melt the chocolate in bain-marie.
- Add the butter in the chocolate and stir until the butter is totally melted and incorporated.
- Beat the eggs with sugar and transfer them in the chocolate by whisking continuously.
- Add the cream and stir.
- Pour the chocolate filling into the prepared pastry .
- Bake it for20min at 180ºC.
